Job Description

  • Wedding planning roadmap & wedding day rundown
  • Working on schedules, rundowns, checklists, procedures
  • Diary of appointments, meetings, consultations
  • Record keeping and filing with daily and weekly checklists
  • Maintaining & updating venue & supplier database
  • Re-designing, improving and maintaining filing systems (paper and electronic)
  • Booking and ongoing liaising with vendors
  • Communication with clients on wedding planning elements
  • Wedding day preparation and execution of events

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • First-rate administrative, organizational and planning skills, high attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Research and resourcing skills
  • The ability to think on your feet and maintain composure under pressure:
  • First-rate multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to see a project throughout, from conception to conclusion
