This company is the biggest coworking facilitator in Indonesia! The business consist of providing flexible workspace, business services and networking for entrepreneurs and startups. Currently, they have around 31 locations spread over Indonesia. Most of the locations are located in the capital Jakarta. The headquarters where the internship takes place is an 18 storeys building that can house up to 2700 members.

The goal of the company is to be the biggest community builder in Indonesia, where they connect and enable startups as well as micro, small and medium enterprises to grow their businesses. Currently, the coworking company has approximately 9.000 members working from 33 locations in four cities with a total of approximately 66.000 sqm.

Coworking spaces are well known for their events and interesting workshops, that’s why you can imagine that there will be daily events and workshops with so many locations. As an intern you will have the chance to experience this during your internship. You will be working in a very productive and collaborative environment.

Your Internship

You can imagine that many different kinds of internships can be possible in a large scale company like the coworking company. In this vacancy, we will focus on the Marketing, Sales and Events positions. Please do contact us as well if you are interested in this company, but studying in another direction.

Tasks

  • Conduct customer excellence measurements
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct research regarding events in the area both qualitative and quantitative data collection
  • Assisting in preparing customer experience SOP
  • Researching and conducting sales leads
  • Prepare operations and logistics during workshops and events
  • Making customer-specific leads presentations
  • Conduct research regarding start-up companies and movement in Indonesia

Requirements

  • Available for 3 until 6 months
  • An open-minded and creative person
  • Able to adapt to a new (working) culture
  • Fluent in English
  • Interested in learning about the Indonesian culture
  • Interested to learn more about the coworking movement in SE Asia
